ONLY SOME ROOMS ARE PET FRIENDLY, EVERY ROOM IS ONE HUNDRED PERCENT SANITISED BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR STAY, including vaccuming with HEPA filter machines.
We are a pet friendly hotel, we have dogs/pets of our own and know how difficult it is for people who want time away but have dogs to think about, we charge no extra for pets that stay in your hotel room…
However…
We will charge extra if we feel that you have not been responsible pet owners and we have damage to repair due to your pets damaging walls or doors, extra cleaning of walls, doors or soft furnishings and any other damage caused by your pets anywhere on the hotel premises.
If we have to have a bed cover specialist cleaned to remove pets hairs and stains then our minimum charge is 50€ and will be taken from your card that was used to secure your booking.
1….Pets are not allowed on furniture especially our beds so please bring your own pets bed and anything else that you feel that you may need for your pet, if this is difficult for you please let us know and we can hire you something appropriate.
2….Please do not use the garden as a doggy/pet toilet, the Sierra Espuña is 17,000 hectares large so please use it responsibly.
3….Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times, they are allowed on the terrace but of course not in the bar or restaurant/lounge areas.
If you are not happy with these common sense rules PLEASE PLEASE do not booka room with us.
